Cette formation est d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 ceux qui souhaitent mettre en \u0153uvre de r\u00e9elles actions concr\u00e8tes et objectives en mati\u00e8re de prise en charge du stress. La formation permet d\u2019aborder ce qu\u2019est la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque d\u2019un point de vu th\u00e9orique et pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprendre le fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome et l\u2019action du stress sur nos organes.<br>Initiation \u00e0 la variabilit\u00e9 de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque. Apprendre \u00e0 agir sur nos \u00e9motions et notre stress par la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un exercice respiratoire appel\u00e9 coh\u00e9rence cardiaque. Lors de cette formation des manipulations seront propos\u00e9es avec plusieurs \u00e9quipements d\u2019aide \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0Coh\u00e9rence cardiaque\u00a0\u00bb). A l\u2019issue de cette formation th\u00e9orique et pratique les participants pourront utiliser cette technique pour eux m\u00eame ou dans le cadre de leurs activit\u00e9s professionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif des exercices de mise en coh\u00e9rence cardiaque est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer: la vigilance, la concentration, les capacit\u00e9s intellectuelles (m\u00e9morisation, raisonnement), les performances dans le travail, le sport, les relations aux autres.
